Well this is the part of the site where I give shout outs to those that helped me along the way. Yes you all know I am a hands on type of guy when it comes to renovations and general repairs etc. But it’s important when doing a back to the studs job like this one, that you have all the proper permits in place. This means inspections can be done as they should be for insurance and general safety of the work being completed. This is going to be a page where I mention the people I worked with on all aspects of getting the house ready. Feel free to reach out to anyone listed, their logo image links to their site. Let them know I sent you, I personally vouch for anyone on this page. 

I guess I should also point out that I realize some of the logos and sites I am linking to are not top of the line stuff, so for those of you that are going to text me and say “Bro that’s what you do fix their stuff” trust me I offered, some people don’t really put a lot of stock in their web presence and as they aren’t really able to offer any remote services they likely don’t see a business case. Even though I did offer website rebuilts for free to anyone I worked with. 

Let the list begin…I have as you can see included a contact name and number of the people I dealt with directly. A couple of you noticed there was no link or contact number for Spencer our RE Agent, not at all a commentary on his work. He was outstanding and we would not hesitate at all to work with him again in the future. The problem is I think we scared him out of the business. 🙂 He has moved on in his professional life and at this point is not in the Real Estate game.
